A WOMAN has appealed for help to find her cherished diamond wedding ring and diamond engagement ring that went missing from a Birmingham college.
Heartbroken Hilary Williams-Smith said she had been left "absolutely devastated" by the loss of the two precious rings, days before her six month wedding anniversary.
The mature student at Sutton Coldfield College JMC campus, in Erdington, lost her rings when she had taken off the rings to wash her hands and forgot to pick them up.
When she realized her mistake and rushed back to the toilets minutes later, the diamond jewelry was already gone.
The loss has been reported to police but Hilary, aged 32 said that she would be highly pleased if somebody returns the distinctive treasured rings.
She has also appealed to the readers of Birmingham Mail for help.
"I would do anything to get them back. I'm not interested in who took them or blame in any way, I just want them returned."
The diamond rings were taken on February 25, three days before Hilary's 32nd birthday and five days before the six month anniversary of her marriage to Andrew, 35. Let's hope that she finds her diamond engagement rings.
